Cancellation-Refunds


Please read this Cancellation & Refunds Policy carefully before making any purchases or registrations on the International School of Business Studies website. By engaging in any transaction, you agree to be bound by this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please refrain from making any purchases or registrations.

Program/ Course Cancellation:

The International School of Business Studies reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program or course due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollment, or other reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected participants and provide alternative options, including a refund or transfer to a future offering of the program or course.

Participant Cancellation:

If a participant wishes to cancel their registration for a program or course, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:

Cancellation before Program/Course Start Date:
    • If a participant cancels their registration before the start date of the program or course, they may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
      A cancellation request must be submitted in writing to the International School of Business Studies at the contact information provided.
      The refund amount, if any, will depend on the specific program or course and the timing of the cancellation.
      Administrative fees or non-refundable deposits may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
      Any materials or resources provided in advance may need to be returned in their original condition for a refund to be processed.
  • Cancellation after Program/Course Start Date:

    If a participant cancels their registration after the start date of the program or course, they may not be eligible for a refund. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the discretion of the International School of Business Studies.

    Refund Processing:
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the cancellation request and in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.
      Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon between the participant and the International School of Business Studies.
      The International School of Business Studies reserves the right to deduct any applicable administrative fees or non-refundable deposits from the refund amount.
  • Non-Refundable Fees and Expenses:

    Certain fees, expenses, or services associated with the program or course may be non-refundable. These may include but are not limited to application fees, registration fees, course materials, accommodation charges, and other related costs. Such non-refundable fees and expenses will be clearly communicated to participants prior to registration.

    Transfers and Substitutions:

    In some cases, participants may have the option to transfer their registration to another program or course offering or substitute another individual in their place. These requests are subject to availability and the discretion of the International School of Business Studies. Additional fees or charges may apply.
